How To Throw Chi Fire Balls From Your Palms - Final Lesson. DIGG IT! Tai Chi Fire Balls
If you've been following our Martial Arts Lessons, you know that we've been building up to this last climax on Chi Fire Ball Throwing for a while now. If you have NOT read the first part, please do so now. Part1 How To Throw Chi Fire Balls.
This past weekend, I've had the rare and venerable honor of being invited to an 8 hour Kung Fu Lesson with Grandmaster Zhu Tian Cai, the Greatest Living Tai Chi Grand Master. If you know anything about Tai Chi, there are four main schools from Chen to Yang. Grand Master Zhu is the head of the oldest family line.
I jumped on the opportunity to ask him all of my most burning martial arts questions. The questions included, "How do you injure an attacker without physical contact using invisible Buddha's Palm?" "Is it possible to jump into tall trees several stories high?" and of course, "How do you throw a burning fire chi ball?"
He gave me detailed answers to two of my questions. One of the two are passed on here. DIGG IT! Tai Chi Fire Balls
To summarize our last lesson, we discussed training your lao-kung point in the middle of your palm to inhale and exhale. This is a key to being able to cast and project fire from your palms. If you "inhale" with your palm correctly, there will be a golf ball size semi circle dent in your palm. If you "exhale" correctly, your palm will be flat.
Notice the curvature of one jellyfish over the flatness of another in the picture here. This ability to rapidly inhale and exhale with the palm of your hand is what creates the propulsion of your chi fire balls.
Once you've got the basic palm breathing technique down, you've got to work on precision of aim and propulsion power. To sharpen your aim and power, get a candle. Practice putting it out with nothing more than the jellyfish like exhaling of your palm. Its ok to thrust your palm forward but do not wave it. The force most issue perpendicularly from your palm.
Now that you've mastered extinguishing candles from 5 feet away with your palm breathing, you are ready to hear what Grand Master Zhu taught.
He goes on to relate (in Chineese), (please allow for some amount of translation error...)"I had heard of other Chi Kung and Martial Arts Masters with the ability to burn you with their palm. I can make my palm hot or cold with intention alone but never hotter than a regular fever. I decided to investigate.
"I made a special visit to a Chi Kung Master who as proported to have mastered the art of burning palm. I visited him to see for my self. He extended his hand and said that he could make his palm hot enough to burn paper. Then for extra difficulty, he wet the paper with water. As soon as the paper hit his palm, it started smoking. Then it burned up. It did not catch on fire but the paper nevertheless did burn.
"Of all the years of my own energy cultivation practice (chi kung) I have never been able to get my hand that hot. So I was baffled. I asked the master to share his technique with me. He refused.
"Later, I spoke with a different master who did share the secret with me. And it is Kung Fu Chi Magic," then Grandmaster Zhu paused.
At this point, I'm salivating. I wasn't ever sure if he would relate the magical technique to me at all. So to preserve the integrity of the way the story was told, let me digress and give you some background now.
In the old world, they didn't have WMD's. No automatic weapons. And no multi mega-ton bombs. So the greatest weapon they had was fear. If an attacking army believed that the village they were attacking had warriors of supernatural power, they were defeated before they attacked. So it was the strategy of many brilliant martial artists to become "magical."
In a combat situation, a burning chi ball master would roll up his sleeves then show his attacker both sides of his hands. Next, would vigorously rub his hands together and expel fire from his palms directly into the attacker's eyes. He would let the newly blind attacker live to tell the story to his fellow soldiers thus creating legends.
Back to the story. Grand Master Zhu continues, "The next master started by saying that he could do the same thing. He proceeded to rub his hands together vigorously (like in Reiki). And sure enough, his hands became burning hot.
"I again asked how that was done. It was explained.
WARNING, Your perception of Martial Arts may forever change after this. If you like how you see Martial Arts now, DO NOT READ FURTHER.
"He told me that when I wasn't looking he took a small amount of chemical and lodged it underneath his finger nails. Then, rubbing his hands together, he mixed the chemical with sweat causing a burning reaction."
When I heard this, It was like telling me there was no Santa Clause or Tooth Fairy in one day. This is not to say that the Burning Chi Ball Technique doesn't require any practice. The trick is to get the acid off your hands and into the attacker's eyes before your palms burn off.
I was not told what herb or chemical is used to produce this effect but I found a chemical that seems to have the same properties. It generates heat when mixed with H2O.
|Chemical Name(s)||% W||CAS Registry No.||Table Z- 1 - A|
|Na silicate||1-5||1344-09-8||Not Established|
|Na glucoheptonate||1-5||31138-65-5||Not Established|
|Unusual Fire & Explosive Hazards: Products of combustion are toxic.||Contact with aluminum or other reactive metals may release hydrogen gas. Heat is generated when mixed with water. This reaction may be violent.|

The Greatest Most Powerful Highest Mantra
Mantra's come in many shapes and sizes. They all have specific functions and benefits. The greatest benefit, the yogi's claim, is to be able to find bliss apart from the temporary and physical. Personally, I'm not ready to give up my automobile. I've done that as a monk for several years and it was for the birds. But If you are, the highest mantra is Om Namo Bhagavate Vāsudevāya.
Yes, I gave that up pretty quickly. The reason I did so is because the words and the sounds are a tiny part of the Esoteric Magic behind the mantra. Translated into English, it means nothing more than, "Dear Lord, I respectfully worship you through your son and image, Krishna of Vasudeva."
To actually mean these words requires realizing that the "Flesh is of no use at all" - another Krishna, this time Jesus Christna.
Self Realization is about realizing that there is no self. It's not about getting to know yourself. It's about stripping away all your temporary identity issues to find what's truly at your core. Identity issues like, "I am a doctor. I am smart," "I am a poor refugee, I am to be pitied," and so on. Recently, divorced people have an opportunity for an epiphany like this to occur. They often say, "If I am not Mark's Wife, Who AM I?" People who get fired get deeply traumatized not because they loved their job, but because they are lost without their identity.
Unfortunately, most of these folks never have time to dig and see beneath their false identity. They get remarried and get a new job because they miss the cloak.
If you can truly empathise and identify and LIVE the words, "Om Namo Bhagavate Vāsudevāya" or "Heavenly Father, Halo be they Name, They kingdom come..." without becoming a hermit, more power to you. But most of us have to experience being without anything to realize that it was nothing to being with. This is what it means to have God's will done on Earth (solid physical fleshly) as in Heaven (empty nothingness). These prayers both ask for all that we can see and touch to be as nothing like Heaven.
CONTINUED: The Greatest Most Powerful Mantra
http://vedabase.net/sb/2/1/invocation/en relates the following:
oḿ — O my Lord; namaḥ — my respectful obeisances unto You; bhagavate — unto the Personality of Godhead; vāsudevāya — unto Lord Kṛṣṇa, the son of Vasudeva.
O my Lord, the all-pervading Personality of Godhead, I offer my respectful obeisances unto You.
Vāsudevāya means "to Kṛṣṇa, the son of Vasudeva." Since by chanting the name of Kṛṣṇa, Vāsudeva, one can achieve all the good results of charity, austerity and penances, it is to be understood that by the chanting of this mantra, oḿ namo bhagavate vāsudevāya, the author or the speaker or any one of the readers of Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam is offering respectful obeisances unto the Supreme Lord, Kṛṣṇa, the reservoir of all pleasure. In the First Canto of Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, the principles of creation are described, and thus the First Canto may be called "Creation."

How to Deeply and Rapidly Reprogram Your Mind through your computer and a Meditation Mantra.
We all have mantras floating around in our minds. The fortunate few of us have healthy mantras implanted by our loving parents. They have mantras from their childhood that sound like, "people love me," "I am adorable," "my hunger is nourished before i even have to make a fuss," "people like cleaning up my sh-t."
The rest of us, well, have mantras that sound like, "Why can't I be as smart as Jimmy?" "I am worthless." "I'm no good with names." "I'm such an idiot!" "My Dad likes Johnny Walker more than me."
So spiritual masters came up with meditation systems designed to clear out the garbage and bring in the positive. That process starts with getting in touch with your subconscious.
To reach that state, Meditation wheels - samsara -were used to rapidly trigger deep conscious REM states. You could stare at it or you could have it spin to make you dizzy. This is the same principle as a hypnotist waving a pendulum and telling you that "you are getting sleepy."
The principal difference with meditation is that we don't want you to fall asleep. We want you totally conscious and alert while in touch with your deepest subconscious. While this connection takes place, you can introduce a new "suggestion," or "mantra (english - spell / incantation)" into the fiber of your mind.
So, while you achieve a LUCID Subconscious state, your mind will be able to deeply accept and integrate new mantras through meditation. New mantras enter into you all day long and change the way you feel and think. As an adult, this happens generally through friends, television, music, and the media at large. Sad songs make you sad right? Well, a proper mantra can actually make you happy, sexy, smart, healthy, or successful. This being the case, why not Personally CHOOSE the mantras you want to have flowing through your mind?

How to Cast a Powerful Spell
Have you ever noticed that if you say something boastful, the opposite happens. If you say, "I've never broken a plate," "I've never been fired," "I'll never end up like my Mom/Dad," "I would never date him/her," the opposite tends to happen. Many people have. Some knock on wood.
Have you ever noticed that you may go months without thinking of someone and the moment you say their name, they call you? Many people have. They say, "Speak of the devil."
Have you ever hummed an old song to find it playing on the radio when you turn it on? Many people have. Some brush it away as mere coincidence.
Have you ever noticed that you tend to have the same types of problems in your life. You might have successfully quit drinking/smoking a dozen times. You may be repeatedly falling in love with the same "looser" but just with different names. You may find yourself in the same chronic dead end jobs or recurring health problems. Isn't it as if you were hypnotised into repeating the same patterns over and over again. Isn't it as if you have a powerful spell or incantation over you?
The common thread through these few examples is that WORDS HAVE ESOTERIC MYSTICAL POWER. The words you speak have creative power. So much so that a mystic and friend of Jesus of Nazareth said about the BEGINNING, "In the BEGINNING the WORD was, the WORD was with God, and the WORD WAS GOD."
You have the power to create and shift destiny through your very words. Learn how to master it and use it at will... constructively... Hear the Free Primer on HOW TO CAST and BREAK POWERFUL SPELLS At Will. Now.

The Art of Attracting Beautiful Women Through Meditation and Mantra.
Have you ever seen a truly hideous man with a gorgeous woman on his arm? If not, think back to Lyle and Pretty Woman. Do you notice that these men seem to consistently get the same calibre of gorgeous woman?
It's easy to patronize women and say, "he must be rich." But in reality, there is more happening. The attrocious man who 'gets all the hot chicks' is able to convince women that he is irresistable. And he has no need or incentive to waste chi to convince you, another man, of the same (unless he is bi :-)
So how does he do it? You should already know the answer if you read the title. (above). He convinces people of what he wants them to believe because BE BELIEVES IT FIRST.
He believes that he is sexy and handsom so deeply that women in his path have no choice but to fall under the same spell he himself is under. Interestingly, the word "Spell" in ancient Hindu Sanscrit IS "MANTRA."
So, What is this SPELL or MANTRA? Listen and become transformed into having these same internal representations echo throughout your soul:

Meditation comes in many shapes and sizes. So what is the correct way to meditate? You may lean toward saying that there is no correct way. Or that whatever feels good to you is the right way. In many sences, the above views are correct. But for the most part, you would be incorrect with this perspective.
Let me explain. The body is the most sensitive portal or "antenna" into the spiritual realm. If you've ever had to install a DSS Satellite Dish, you know that just one degree of missalignment can ruin your signal. The body is somewhat similar. There are meridians, qi pathways, vibrations, heart pulses, and cranio-sacral pulses, organ pressures, and much more that "tune" your body to a "frequency."
If your heart beat "frequency" is too low, you'll fall asleep. If its too high, you'll never reach REM. If you're back is arched, your cranio-sacral pumping "frequency" will be strained and your organs will be unable to "let go (of the physical world)." And your hand position and tongue position create dominant energy channels that flow through the organ of your choice.
So, without going into too much detail here are the cliff notes... The full detailed lesson is at:
1. stand or sit on your hip bones. leave your groin unobstructed. the vagina / prostate are major energy channels that must remain open.
2. curl your tongue to the roof of your mouth. This connects both conception and the governing vessle - front and back.
3. choose a hand position that addresses your intention (too complex to explain here see: http://www.meditation-mantra.org/buddha-hand-position.html ).
4. use dynamic breathing. this is also too complex to address here but suffice it to say that you are not supposed to breathe. you are to let the universe breathe you. in other words, be effortless. do not put your attention on your breathing, put your attention on your breath. remember that your breath is in your lungs, your blood, your cells, the trees around you, the birds that are breathing your exhalation. your breath IS the universe. this is the breath you are to concentrate on.
5. open the "mouth" of your feet and your palms. for simplicities' sake, lets just say your feet and palms must be bare and face upward. your feet can face upward by either sitting in full lotus or by kneeling. this is a crucial point. there are only 4 ways that elements enter your body. the obvious ones are the orifices in your head and the orifices in your groin. the other two are your hand and feet. If you sit in a tub, what are the only part of your body that get pruny? That's because the skin is letting water pass into your body. think about this.
6. rotate your eyes, your eyes are the gateway to the cosmos. this is just a hippy way to say your optic nerves connects to every meridian of your body (which by the way is a map of the cosmos :o). rotate your eyes as you would during REM sleep.
7. chant. the deeper vocal vibrations relax your muscles and nerves allowing more energy to flow. chanting is like an internal vibrating lazy-boy chair. use different frequencies as your body has different densities and harmonics.
8. observe. just be a passenger. see where the universe takes you with any expression of emotion. be absolutely objective. nobody wants to invite a judgemental personal into their home.
What do you think?
